This role focuses on ensuring accurate payroll processing while leveraging HRIS technology to support data-driven decision-making and cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a professional with a strategic mindset, a commitment to operational excellence, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve HR and payroll functions.
The ideal candidate will be an independent and highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a positive attitude and reliability. A thorough understanding of payroll processes and payroll tax laws is required. This individual must excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion is a must.
