About the Role
LS Power is seeking a Project Engineer to support the coordination and execution of project development activities across our growing energy portfolio. In this role, you will contribute to critical initiatives such as market analysis, project conceptualization, site evaluation and acquisition, public relations, environmental and regulatory permitting, infrastructure integration, and contract negotiations. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain broad exposure to the energy industry while making a direct impact on project success.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Support project development efforts from early-stage planning through execution.

  • Conduct market analysis, site assessments, and feasibility studies.

  • Assist with permitting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on technical, environmental, and commercial project aspects.

  • Contribute to contract development and negotiations.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

  • Bring 2–5 years of engineering and/or project management experience, ideally within the energy industry.

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excel at organizing, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.

  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.

  • Thrive as a solutions-focused team player who collaborates well across diverse groups.

  • Are a self-starter who can work independently with direction.
