Overview

OPTERRA is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative CRM Data Analyst to support our Commercial team. This role will focus on structuring and analyzing data to provide insights to the business, improve efficiency, and support CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to support business initiatives through data management and analysis.
  • Structure reporting and surface insights into current and prospective customers.
  • Source, clean, structure, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to enhance CRM functionality.
  • Document data processes and standardize reporting procedures.
  • Ensure data hygiene, integrity, and compliance across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and support the Commercial team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with programs including but not limited to Salesforce, PowerBI and Microsoft Excel are strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify key trends and insights through thoughtful reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to create impactful data visualizations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Passion for learning new tools and developing innovative solutions.

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy.
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips.
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all OPTERRA ethics and safety policies.
  • For this position, you must have evidence of right to work in the U.S. There is no employer sponsorship of U.S. residency or work authorization with this role.

Compensation

Salary Range: $99,000 - $151,800

 

OPTERRA complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in analytics, mathematics, statistics, data science, business, engineering, or a related field and 1+ years of experience in analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing insights.
