About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting and reporting activities across multiple entities. Key responsibilities include booking cash and credit card transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly workpapers, posting journal entries, saving and organizing NAV statements, and assisting with capital call and distribution files. The role also supports investor communications—including capital notices, account statements, and K‑1 distributions—and contributes to ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Have working knowledge of the 1099 process
Have experience booking journal entries in accounting systems
Are experienced in preparing work papers and supporting month-end close
Demonstrate strong Excel skills, including formulas such as lookups, SUMIFS, and pivot tables
Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
