About the Role: 

We currently have an opportunity for a Sr. Office Manager who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and a positive work environment. This role leads a small administrative team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support while managing office functions, processes, and projects. As the Sr. Office Manager, you are a key resource for staff and leadership, driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative, organized, and professional workplace.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of administrative professionals.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and development for office staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facilities support.
  • Support leadership with projects, communications, and administrative initiatives.
  • Ensure the office environment reflects LS Power's standards for professionalism and collaboration.
