Highly regarded in the financial community, LS Power has raised over $45 billion in capital to support investments in energy infrastructure.       LS Power is seeking a Sr, System Administrator in Operations Technology Security Operations for the company’s growing electrical transmission business known as LS Power Grid (LSPG). This position serves as a Sr, System Administrator for LS Power’s regulated transmission business and reports to the Manager of Security Operations. Responsibilities include OT Security Operations associated with the LSPG Operations Technology environment. Accountabilities include systems management, performance monitoring, maintenance, software management and timely after hours support when required (not shift work). Ensure compliance with NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Standards and other applicable NERC Reliability Standards in collaboration with the Operations, EMS Support, Maintenance and Compliance departments. This individual shall support regulatory compliance by participating in NERC audits, completing NERC, RTO, RE or PUC submittals by assisting in collecting required information and evidence to fulfill applicable obligations. This position will operate in a cross-functional capacity working closely with LSPG system operators, substation maintenance personnel, EMS vendor, RTO/ISO (ERCOT, PJM and NYISO) representatives, and other staff including engineers, technicians and information technology personnel.  This role will be subject to periodically scheduled on-call assignments compensated according to corporate policy.  Required skills include good communication, organization, leadership, critical thinking and a strong knowledge of applicable productivity software applications, security, compliance and document management strategies.  Knowledge and understanding of utility business principles, compliance programs and operations are advantageous. Individual will provide support as stated in this job description for all facilities owned and operated by LSPG and may include travel to remote sites as deemed necessary

AvidXchange, Kofax and or/any other similar AP automation solution software.   The AP Administrator reviews accounts payable invoices for proper coding and authorization.  Input payable invoices into Microsoft Dynamics accounting system.  Ensure timely payment of payable invoices to vendors by generation and distribution of wire transfers and disbursement checks. Play an integral role in upgrading our current invoice approval/accounts payable process to relevant best of class AP Automation software.   Interacting with multiple department functions and geographic locations to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of payable invoices.  Ensure timely preparation of scanning invoices for proper preservation of documents into a SharePoint or similar application. Insure timely responses to handling vendor inquiries and payment issues. Prepare bank account and intercompany receivables/ payables reconciliations.
